- Booking Cancellations by Guest
48 hours or more before activity: Full refund available or reschedule.
Less than 48 hours before activity: 50% refund or reschedule subject to availability.
No-show / Day of activity: Non-refundable.
- Activity Cancellation by Blue Adventures
If activities are canceled due to bad weather, unsafe sea conditions, or other unavoidable reasons, you are entitled to:
Full refund, or
Reschedule to another date.
- Refund Method
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Special Conditions
Refunds for combo packages or extra services (like deep scuba upgrade) are handled proportionally based on the service canceled.
