48 hours before activity: Full refund or reschedule available.
Less than 48 hours before activity: 50% refund or reschedule subject to availability.
No-show / Day of activity: Non-refundable.
- Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule up to 12 hours before the activity, subject to availability.
Rescheduled activities must be within the same season.
- Weather & Safety
Activities may be cancelled due to bad weather or unsafe sea conditions.
